ALL RUGER 10/22 receivers leave the factory as rifles and must remain rifles. If you want to build a pistol, you must start with either a 22 Charger receiver or a virgin aftermarket receiver.

Brand new OEM Ruger, factory take-off. Comes with the scope rail, V-block & screws, hex take-down screw, trigger group, bolt, and charging assembly.

The scope rail is removable and may or may not come already installed on the receiver. If you have a preference for installed or uninstalled rail, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate the request.

All you need to complete a gun is a stock, barrel, and magazine.
